The hardest Achievement in the game, as long as you don't count the icons and titles gained for these towards those aforementioned achievements.
They're great videos at the bottom to show how to do some of the harder ones, but the videos won't instantly tell you how to do the challenge. The easiest way is to break each combo of the challenge down into smaller sections. Practice the bits that you have a hard time pulling off then go for the full combo.
You also must link the normal punches and kicks. You must push the buttons right after the animation ends or you won't do the let punch or kick, or it'll be too late.
Watch the video of the ones you're having trouble with and it'll help you learn what you have to do. The hardest (I found so far) by far is Gens #5.

I would say the Viper trials are much harder, those are basicly made for an arcade stick.

El Fuerte trial #5 has me sad. I have no idea how to do fierce punch run stop and keep it going.
