The Wrestler is (as far as I know, without using a custom character) the only class that can pick up larger items, including tomb stones.
Once you unlock the wrestler, you can simply keep restarting games until you find a SEED that has a graveyard in level 1-1. Just walk to a tombstone, pick it up, and hurl it at an enemy.

Seed itmguwqw has a cemetery in slums 1-1 at the start and right next to it is a building with three people in it. Just hit them a couple time to get them to follow and start tossing stones.

Start as wrestler or a custom character with the throw ability. Find a floor with a graveyard, then damage somebody so they drop down to like half the health, then have them chase you to the graveyard or just return with a picked up gravestone.

Start a new run as a Wrestler as he/she has the ability to lift up items and throw them. The most difficult part of this achievement is finding a graveyard. I found success on the first Park level, but they'll spawn on any map.
