Complete a training session with Nikolai Sechenov after having ignored Marc Versuv (Career).

There are actually 2 ways to go about this but only one is practical. That is, stick with Gino from the start of your Career. His improvement to your stats for the TP investment is the worst out of all coaches but at least you can spend the TP you earn with him. You can either make your way around the Career Path trying out the different events or farm TP from an easy and quick one but you will need at least 200 TP in order to be in shape enough to take part in the Motion Cup. Once you have enough then enter the Cup and win the Gold medal (see Motion Cup for more info).

Once you complete the last event, the trophy will unlock during the celebrations if you managed to win Gold overall. After you return to the career grid, simply spend some of the TP you earned and the trophy will pop.

The other way, which I do not advise whatsoever, is that you can in fact win the Rookie Cup first and unlock Marc but you mustn't spend a single TP on training thereafter until you win the Motion Cup. The obvious flaw is that if you misjudge your ability to win the Motion Cup then you are pretty much screwed, skill and timing counts for a lot in this game but training is equally as important and there is no compensation if the rest of the field are simply better/fitter athletes than you.
