Summer Challenge

Win a Fencing Tournament without being hit by your opponents (Single Player, easy) but you can unlock this trophy in Career Mode as well as Single Discipline (easy).

A good chance to earn this is actually in Career Mode, in the last cell in the One on One fencing event. This is because the 'tournament' is in fact a single round, not 3 like in all other cases. If you do this then you will need maxed out stats or close to it but if you have the trophy for all gold medals in Career Mode then you will pretty much have maxed out stats anyway. If you go down the Single Discipline route then it will be easier but the tournament is over 3 rounds meaning a total of 15 hits without a single one in return, which is still pretty tough when compared to just 5 on a slightly higher difficulty.

The key to a flawless victory I found was to never attack first. Let your opponent strike before parrying, then counter with an attack of your own. If you get parried twice, step away from your opponent to reset an invisible timer that gives you less time to react the more you go tit-for-tat. As long as you successfully parry attacks, you will land a blow on the third or fourth time you counter, I never had to parry a fifth attack in any match once I was countering each time. Once you win the tournament the trophy will unlock.
