Summer Challenge

At Archery, score the following per round: 1-1-2, 9-1-1, 9-9-9 (Single Player, easy) but you will need to set up a Single Discipline race for this in order to set the difficulty to 'Easy'.

For a start, choose the 50m Recurve event, the distance to the target is closer than the 70m Compound event making this trophy a little easier. Also note that the following strategy is also applicable for the trophies Counting up and Counting down.

The most pertinent factor in this trophy is the wind. Even on easy there seems to be a generous amount of wind during at least one round, sometimes all 3 of them. This makes each shot much harder to judge so you should hope to get a lucky break with the wind before anything else.

The next tip is to aim for the bottom of the required target. There is only ever a crosswind in the game and therefore your arrows are either carried right or left, never up or down. Due to this, you should maximise your target area by aiming at the bottom (or top if you prefer) of the target area giving you a much better chance of hitting your target. The only other thing to heed is you can steady your aim by holding down but beware of holding it too long, it will zap stamina and make the following shots less accurate so get the general aim down first then only use for a second right at the end to fine tune your aim before releasing the arrow.

It may take a few attempts but you will eventually catch a break with the wind and the trophy will come when you have performed the proper sequence and the results screen shows.
