I got this after defeating the boss at the end of the Catacombs of Iona. I bought all items from shops I didn't have and did too much random encounters. Don't sell all of anything and this should pop at a similar time for you.

As the trophy description says. Be aware that currently equipped items do not count, so if you are close just unequip your characters until trophy unlocks.
