After first playthrough got all other achievements for beating all planets/worlds and for completing story mode on beginner. This achievement is buggy and didn't popped. But Black Hole can then be selected directly, you don't have to play through the whole of planet/world 6 again, it starts with two boss fights. After beating this bosses again achievement finally popped.

Also, I'm almost done with World 7 on my Beginner playthrough now. The other difficulties should be easier with the new bombers you unlock after first completing the game. As others have said, the new update for the Switch added this one in, so you have to complete it to of unlock the difficulty based story completion and receive rewards for extended completion. The difficulty achievements don't stack, by the way, so a total of three unique playthroughs of the game are required. There must be something about this game's design allowing for it. Plenty of stuff could be hidden. There are all sorts of switches, shortcuts and even glitches scattered throughout the game.
