This trophy looks intimidating when you first see it but actually this trophy is rather easy . First pick a stage (i recommend the Africa stage) then just play the game without using the brakes if you ever need to slow down for a corner just release the accelerator before the turn and the bike will gradually slow down for you to make the corner. You should get this trophy around the second checkpoint area. i hoped i helped good luck

Use the beginner track. Just take it easy and don't hit the 
button at all for 60 seconds. If you set your time difficulty to super easy you get 60 seconds right from the start. I hardly used the brake button anyway so you should have zero issues with this.
