The can be done at the same time as the "Always Full Throttle" trophy. Race on the beginner track and just take it easy. Don't use turbo. If you have trouble you can just hold the brake to go at a slow speed to make it easier, but you won't get the other trophy as well doing it that way.

Use the beginner track. Just take it easy and don't hit anything for 60 seconds. If you set your time difficulty to super easy you get 60 seconds right from the start. Just go easy getting to that first checkpoint.
