Once you hit a speed of 280 km/h, you can activate turbo. Once you hit turbo, make sure you don't crash into anything and you 'll easily hit 324 km/h. Easiest done on the beginner track

Turbo becomes available when you reach a speed of 280km/h. You can then use turbo by holding down the button. It doesn't take long for it to hit 324km/h so just hold it down and don't crash. You can get this at the same time as the Totally Radical! trophy because you'll max out at 324km/h while turboing for 10 seconds straight.
