This is an online achievement so you will need to have a Gold live membership to play online.
From the main menu, choose Xbox LIVE BATTLE then Endless Battle. You have the option to do a Quick Match, Custom Match or Create Match. I just chose Quick Match and was put right into a lobby. If there is only 1 other person, you will fight that person. If its a lobby with a few people already in it like mine, if its not your turn you will spectate whoever is fighting. Then when it's your turn, all you have to do is ready up, choose your character and then fight. You must finish both rounds and play the match to the end for the achievement to pop. I tried 3 different fights and the first fight, the other player left in the middle of the first round and in my 2nd fight, the player left just as he got the win at the end of the 2nd round and the achievement didn't pop. So you need to hope that the other player sticks around long enough so that you can finish the entire match without anyone leaving in order for you to get your achievement.
