As with the other online trophies, YOU DO NOT NEED OPPONENTS FOR THIS.
Just boot up the game, hit online, and press host game. Pick a nice easy map, and it'll start you with a game on your own. Just slide the ball in backwards for an easy trophy.

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE
This can be a tough one if not boosted. As this is a fast paced game, you will rarely have an opportunity to do this, but just be prepared to spot an opportunity and try to hit the ball into the net while reversing. I actually got this straight from a face-off (driving forward). Might have been caused due to lag. However, if you find a boosting partner, just play a one vs. one online match.
