For this achievement you need to have earned all the Prizes in the extras menu.

Winning a race on each track (Adria, Kyalami, Magione, Misano Adriatico, Mugello, Monza, Portimao, Valencia, Vallelunga and Varano)
Winning a Championship at each of the four difficulties (Easy, Medium, Hard and Legend)
Setting lap times in training mode with the same driver (3, 6 and 9 different tracks)
Winning a race with each of the 11 teams (Audi Sport Italia, CAAL Racing, Ferlito Motors, GASS Racing, Habitat Racing, Lanza Motorsport, Maurer Motorsport, Racing4You, Roal Motorsport, SSantucci Motorsport and Speedstar Team)
Completing all the Superstar Licenses at Platinum level
Winning specific amounts of races (1, 3. 6, 9, 12, 15, 20 and 50)

When you have all other achievements, the only thing that you "missed" is the 9th Track Record in Training mode (you get the Achievement (The king of hourglass) after 8 track records)
