There are 11 Teams to win a race with, the teams you'll need to win with are:

Speedstar Team
Now you dont have to win with every car just the team, i suggest setting up a Quick race, with one lap, starting in first with Easy A.I. on the Magione track as its the shortest.
You can turn off penalties if you're having problems winning races.
You can enter the Extras menu under Prizes to see which teams you are missing.
Note if you select the correct car/track you could earn the following achievements along the way:

If you do not rememeber with which teams have or have not win a race just go to extras menu and check out at the first category if any team has a locked option.

This trophy is best saved until last as throughout the game you will be required to race for certain teams for trophies. You can track your progress on this by going to the ‘Extras’ menu and looking through your prizes. If you still need to race for any teams at the end of the game then it’s just a case of setting up a quick race and setting up an easy race on your favorite track to get the prize for that team.
