P.S.
Spoon is a great tool if you have troubles picking one or both kidneys out of their "sockets". I found I also could use huge knife/blade thing from the left table to try push kidneys out without wasting time on switching to spoon, but then there is a chance that Bob will lose too much blood and you won't get A++ rating if you aim to grab both trophies at the same time.
