The way I did it was, first I ripped the ribs up on the right with a hammer, then I took out the lung. Next get a scalpel and cut the heart out, should be 4 lines from top left to top right of the heart so just stab around. Once the heart stops beating you can pull the heart out and replace it with the heart in the container to the right.
Just have to be under 1:50

I didn't even remove the old heart... Just tossed in the new one and good to go!
