This might be the most challenging achievement in the game. Each monster has 5 levels: No star > Bronze star > Silver star > Gold star > White Star
If you feel that your monster will die, unspawn him and let him recover, if he dies you will have to get another one from the scratch.
And after you get one to the white star put him in the inventory on the altar room, just to be safe.
Just one more tip, to recover the monster faster, put him in the chest on the altar and take it back, he will full recover

Using the chest for a full recover makes this achievement so much easier. Thanks a ton for your solution.
