If you're using the step-by-step walkthrough from Playstationtrophies.org like I was and get concerned that this achievement doesn't unlock when that walkthrough mentions it (after pulling the lever in the small building in front of the university where you use the bird's egg), don't worry.
It unlocked for me after I got the Exit Visa from the guard shortly after and used it to get the train ticket from Oscar. Once I gave the train ticket back to Oscar on the train and got the cutscene to advance to the next section, Graduate unlocked.
