Note: I was having a hard time finding an explanation of what cylinders you need and where they are and stumbled across this guide on playstationtrophies.org. I just wanted to post it here to help anyone who was also unsure about the requirements for the achievement.

There are 4 music cylinders to find but none are really missable as they are all used in the story. Once you have all 4 of them you can enter the train, go past the area where Oscar usually stands and use them on the music box (the one you picked up in Valadilene) in the middle of the train. As soon as you have played all 4, then the trophy will unlock. The last point you can earn this trophy is before you head back into the Aralbad Spa (on your second visit), pick up the Mammoth Automaton, and speak to Helena/Hans.

Names of the Cylinders:

Valadilene Voice Cylinder (Found in the crypt)

Music Cylinder (Found in the Factory in your inventory after you tried the music box)

Barrockstadt Voice Cylinder (Cabinet on the left in the Laboratory)

Komkolzgrad Voice Cylinder (Inside the worker Automaton inside the locker above the bed)

The achievement will pop after the cutscene for the final cylinder.
