You can choose to carry over progress on these trophies to a NG+.

For these trophies, you need the respective character to reach level 99, and max their Lilium Orb. Skills and artes obtained from tomes will NOT count towards these trophies. Because leveling becomes slow after level 80, it’s advised to save these trophies for NG+, where you’ll have access to the 10x experience from the grade shop. With this boost, even starting from level 1, you should be able to reach at least level 90 after the final boss as long as you remember to have a Spicy Chicken Roll food effect (100% more exp) active for every battle you fight.

To be more efficient with these trophies, you should attempt Specialist in Rare Monsters and the coliseum for Enemy Sage during NG+, as these will also provide good experience while simultaneously working on other trophies.

If you still need to get to level 99 after beating the game and finishing up all the other trophies, you can fight battles in Tatalian Abyss while having the Spicy Chicken Roll active and equipping Demon’s Seals on anybody who isn’t level 99, however keep in mind the negative side effects that Demon’s Seals will bring.
