You’ll need to open 300 treasure chests for this trophy. Treasure chest in this case refers to a one-time only treasure, and will leave behind a treasure box icon on the map when acquired. It doesn’t necessarily have to be an actual chest, although these are the most common variety, but it can also be one-time items you acquire from houses in towns.

When exploring open areas and dungeons, keep an eye out for holes you can crawl through in the walls, as these will oftentimes lead to a chest. Most rooms in towns also have hidden treasures that aren’t visible until you approach it, wherein you’ll be prompted to press to collect it.

As there are well over 300 treasures in the game, you’ll likely get this naturally during your first playthrough if you search every new area and town you come across.
