As you play through the Arcade Quest game mode you’ll visit several different arcades in your playthrough. After winning the tournament in the 5th arcade (Kobushi Dojo) I was only a few matches away to achieve the Vanquisher rank. The next location is the Champion Cup. Here you’ll start a tournament and after the 2nd fight you should reach the Vanquisher rank unlocking the achievement as well in the process.
