A very easy way to do this is to go to Offline, Practice Mode. Select Tag play and pick any two characters.
When the match starts simply hit X + Y + RB (at the same time) and you will pull off a Direct Tag Assault.
Simply do this three times and its achievements unlocked.
Jordyce
A direct tag assault is when you use a dedicated move that all characters have to immediately start a Tag Assault juggle, which is

(1+2+5). Hit the opponent with three of these.

A Direct Tag Assault is a combo that involves you and your partner being on screen together to deal greater damage after a midair attack is done to the opponent. To initiate this, press

One COMBOT will punch the opponent downwards with its arm, causing the opponent to hit the ground, then a second COMBOT will pop out, at which point the opponent will bounce off the ground, and the second COMBOT will kick the opponent into a backflip.
