To earn the achievement that's called "Master Of The Tag Throw", you must pull off ten tag throws successfully.
If you want this faster, go to versus mode. Choose any two characters that you wish to play (it doesn't matter who), then the stage. Once the fight starts, go up to your opponent and just press Y+RB at the same time. You'll see one character perform his move, while the other comes in to finish it off. Then just keep on going until your first opponent's health is low, so just have him or her switched out with his partner, then go back to first player and do the tag move again and again. You'll know that the achievement unlocks once you get your tenth throw in for good. If you want to make it longer, just put it for three rounds so that they don't end quick and you can get it in before the match is over.
Remember, Y+RB at the same time, in front of your opponent, for at least ten times. Complete this move ten times and the achievement is yours to keep.

A tag throw is when you use a dedicated throw that all characters have to switch to their partner character, which is 
+
(2+5). Throw the opponent with ten of these.

A Tag Throw is a tag where you and your partner attack one opponent while simultaneously switching out at the same time. To perform a Tag Throw push 
+ 
and your character will grab your opponent while your second character will damage them. Do this ten times and it will unlock.
NOTE: This can be done in Practice Mode.
