You should be able to get this through normal playthrough of the game but:
Use two controllers
Pick Offline Mode
Pick Vs mode
Beat Player two with Player one

I did this using the Ogre in Arcade, and repeatedly hit X during the battle, this will keep the enemy in a combo for the majority of the time, he will occasionally get a block, but usually won't have time to tag.

You are required to win a perfect round to unlock this trophy. You need to defeat an enemy without taking any damage during the round.

This can be done easily enough by bumping the difficulty down to the lowest option and using a character you feel comfortable with.

If you have a second controller you can set up a 1v1 versus match and get an easy perfect that way.

A perfect battle is when you win a round without taking any damage. This can be done easily in VS mode with a second controller, just start a VS match and attack 2P until you win, upon which the announcer should call out "PERFECT!". Alternatively, play against easy level AI and use one of the exploits covered in Tips and Tricks.

Get a perfect, which means winning a battle with no health lost whatsoever. Up against the CPU this may be a problem but still doable with some cheap tactics. However it is most easily done with a second controller or online with someone helping you.
