Bob has a real abusive move, which is really simple and will get you through the whole game really easy. Pick him solo, so he has more health.

Hold Back and push both LP and RP (X+Y Default).

You'll do a combo starting with a headbutt and then two more hits, it's really powerful and will make short work of the Arcade mode.

Set your Options to Easy. Time attack is 2 Rounds regardless of changing it in the options..

Advanced:
To make the abuse even easier, you can use BACK then X then Y. This will punch them in the stomach twice and leave them keeled over ready for a Headbutt combo. Your already holding BACK, so just hit X+Y together.

I managed to do this in 5.55 and that was with having to continue on Unknown once.

Offline Mode Time Attack is pretty much the same thing as arcade only it always has two rounds, and there is an achievement tied to the speed in which you complete it. As always make sure your difficulty is set to easy to take a little bit of an edge off.

Now then, there's the obvious path which would be to use a character or two depending on your style whom you are comfortable with but there's an easier way using the DLC character "Angel". Set your left and right punch buttons (x/y) to the left trigger as that does nothing, this way you have her laser at the press of a trigger. Using this the AI rarely ducks under it, and even if they do you have your spare character whom you excel with. Use this one to get some space and switch out accordingly. Thankfully this one is a bit easier than survival with life management.

You can continue, but your team cannot be changed so make sure you practice a bit before making your run. Using this method I completed it in under 10 minutes so even with quite a bit of trial and error I'd say this is very possible. I found this pretty straightforward on easy difficulty even without Angel. Just pick a couple of characters you're comfortable with and it isn't that tough. I was around 8 minutes or so with Bryan and King.

You'll get that sometimes. It's good to mess around a bit and see what other move you're comfortable with to knock them back when this happens.

I tried it using my regular team and blazed through the first 8 rounds in under 10 minutes, then proceeded to get my ass kicked up and down the block by Jun, to the point where I was over 20 minutes. I have no idea why it was so much more difficult.

The difficulty in this mode is very inconsistent. Quite frustrating to be honest. Angel's laser helps alot, but unknown can still be problematic. I also mapped LK + RK to the right trigger as a backup move for when the AI was able to duck under the laser and tried to close in on me.

Best advice is to try to not rage too much, easier said then done of course. Good luck!

Pick Bob solo and utilize back and triangle to spam you thru this.

A couple things to remember (YMMV of course)
-Don't let up, spam spam spam
-Beware of Bryan he has a punch that he can get off that destroys you in a single hit
-Ogre has excess health after you drain his life bar
-Juns first form is no problem
-Juns second form is a bit of an issue for this, when you get her health low you will need to mix it up

Time attack is the same battles as arcade mode, except there's a set difficulty and number of rounds (2). You may continue if defeated, however the clock continues to run, which is the challenge. Twenty minutes is plenty of time, just make sure not to waste too much time on the earlier easier stages. Try to do the first six rounds without losing a round, which should leave 10-15 minutes on the clock for the bosses. See Tips and Tricks for strategies on the final bosses if needed.

For this achievement you need to clear Time Attack in under 20 minutes. Angel is your best bet because of her lazer. To perform it hold + and it will shoot out of the jewel on her forehead (Or you can just map LP+RP to your button for a one button lazer). I personally did it in under 10 minutes with the help of Angel.

My method with Angel: She's basically there to make space. With your other character do a small combo to knock the CPU back and then tag in Angel. Hit them with a lazer and back up. When they get back up off the ground they are likely to crouch for a second or two before getting back into standing position and trying to rush you again (only to get hit with a lazer again). If there is enough space you can shoot the lazer and they'll duck under to try to rush you but you'll have enough time to do a second one that will hit them.

Some characters such as Xiaoyu, Wang, and Ganryu crouch a little when they walk making Angel's lazer just barely miss them if they are a certain distance from you. Try comboing these characters with your other character to make them (hopefully) switch out with another character that doesn't do this so you can switch back to Angel.

Mei Ninja suggests using Jun and Asuka and using + ,,, to beat the CPU quickly if Angel doesn't work out for you.
