How to unlock the Watch Your Step! achievement in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 - Definitive Guide

Go to practice mode and pick Heihachi and anyone else for an opponent, then pick the stage "hall of judgement" as soon as you start move next to your opponent and press B and Y together and you`ll power bomb them through the floor and the achievement will pop!

You'll more than likely get this one playing naturally.
If you don't its rather simple.
Go into versus & pick a stage with a floor you could break, (Special Stage 1 or The Hall of Judgement) is ideal for this trophy.
To break the floor easily, use a bound attack which is B+1 (Back & Square)

You can break a floor by picking a stage that has a collapsible floor and then using a B! move while on top of the weak part of the floor. The Hall of Judgement has a breakable floor.

To break a floor you first need to be on a stage with a breakable floor (Like Hall of Judgement), then you need to damage it enough by bounding your opponent into it and comboing them until it breaks. If you are playing through Fight Lab then this achievement is impossible to miss as you cannot continue further through it without doing this achievement. 

NOTE: This can be done in Practice Mode.
