How to unlock the Homicidal achievement in Terraria - Definitive Guide

You will need the Guide Voodoo Doll. It’s dropped by a Voodoo Demon in The Underworld. Equip it in your accessory slot in order to kill him. He must die by you and not by monsters, or any other hazard. The Guide will always respawn if you have a room available for him.

Take care in killing the Voodoo Demon over lava. If he dies and drops the doll in the lava, it will automatically spawn The Wall of Flesh and kill the Guide.
