Missions are the bomb icons found on the 'Single-Player' tab of the map. They often disappear after a few minutes- as they are timed, so try to fast travel or get as close as possible to them. The tasks themselves are relatively simple, such as escorting people, delivering cars e.t.c. They can also be retried when failed so once you arrive at the mission, time is no longer a contributing factor.

Pretty simple this achievement as the other solution says they are the bomb icon on the map yea.

To be sure you can do all of the timed missions your going to need a car that you feel is fast enough and something that can actually get it done. I used a Land Rover :P only had level 3 tuning but it done the job easily.

I didn't even know this was one of the achievements until it popped on my screen. It's one you'll get just by playing through the game and its not a hard achievement so you'll get it quick if you just keep at it :)
