How to unlock the Say “Cheese!” achievement in Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Definitive Guide

Easily done in Single player when you're competing in the different Championship Challenges. When you enter a Speed Trap Challenge, go through all of the speed traps and get clocked. When you're finished, use the remaining time to go back and forth through a speed trap. Literally, go forwards, then put it in reverse and back through it. It took me 3 Speed Trap Challenges to get it.

Multiplayer works just fine too - seem to get a bit more time if you need it

You should unlock this achievement naturally by playing the "Speed Trap" races in the Championships in Single Player mode. If you feel you won't get it, just replay Speed Trap races in Championships you have completed until you have unlocked the achievement. Wait until you have completed the Hawaii Cup Area 2 before replaying any races.
