Simply get close to one, run away and get back until the achievement unlocks.

There are ghosts in the dungeon. If you do not have the achievement by the end of the game. The room right before the final room with a bunch of teleporters has 4 ghosts. Just enter that room, go into II on the left of entrance, left to II again and the back to I. Repeat this until the achievement unlocks.
