Just open all the gates in the dungeon. The most easily missed one is probably the one that can be reached by going in to the right II teleporter after the final room. If you placed the orb and got the ending, just start the game up and go into the II teleporter and open the door.

Start "Orb of Life" Dungeon.
There are Gates that can only be opened from One Side. We need to open ALL of the gates.
The hardest gate to open is related to the "Shortcut" in this level. (Where you get the Rhino Armor) I recommend starting the level with the shortcut and getting this gate taken care of
