This guide below will allow you to obtain not only the "Sprinter" achievement but also the following:

Bling Bling - 75 Gamerscore

This achievement is very easy due to an exploit in the game allowing you to complete the hardest achievements in around 30 seconds. If you have visited this solution and the 30 second playthrough completion is patched, there is an alternative 8 minute playthrough which will use another exploit to complete the game.

EDIT: For the 1 minute completion exploit, it was actually found by Revid Cargian, and not me, i just spread the word.

Bling Bling requires you to beat the all of the best scores located in the "info" tab of the pause Menu. The menu can be found whilst playing the game by following the commands below:

Pause > Options > Info > Stats



There are a few things to note about the above image. If the stats of your current run are better than the "best score" values, you will see a medal icon next to that stat in the "Current" column. If you've already obtained a medal in a stat in a previous playthrough, you will see a medal icon next to the stat in the "Best Score" column.

This achievement is best attempted in 2 playthroughs:

Playthrough 1 - 100% Completion playthrough.

This playthrough will involve the play collecting all 120 coins, 3 scrolls and Rooms done.

The trick to obtaining this achievement with relative ease is by obtaining the 3 scrolls which allow the player to see where the gem chests are, whether or not a room is complete or not (represented by a check mark in the map) and a scroll which allows the player to see hidden passageways.

The scrolls are located in hidden rooms represented by the X's on this map below. Keep in mind the blue X on the right hand side is the exit of the temple which requires 8 gems. The other 3 X's represent the 3 hidden scrolls. (the image below is an image, ignore the "play" button". It's mainly there to show you where the general location of the scrolls are. The X's represent a hidden pathway allowing the play to find a secret exit to find the scroll).



Once all scrolls are collected its a matter of time to simple backtrack and collect all the coins/gems in the rooms you have visited, and once you have obtained a check-mark on all rooms it is safe to finish the game obtaining the medals for the coins, rooms and scrolls.

Playthrough 2 - Speedrun/Deaths/Shots/Enemies

The second playthrough is extremely easy and should take only a minute to complete earning you the rest of the achievements. To do this you must restart your save, and from the starting position you must "wall jump" off the wall to the left of where you spawn and mash the jump button as you make contact with the left wall. If done correctly you will wall jump up onto the top of the temple allowing you to walk to the right for a few screens where you will drop down to the finish line. This can be seen here:



If the above strategy has been patched out, there is another exploit which bypasses the 99 coin door allowing you to complete the game in 8 minutes. This can be seen in the video below. You can pause your game and watch the video as you play:
