This achievement is called Japan Complete. After you complete Mexico for the 2nd time in Become a Legand mode, you will be invited to play on the All-Star Team to play against the two teams you played last time but now they have much better players on thier team. The first team you play I think you have to get 2-3 hits with your character(I'm not totally 100% sure) and during the second game you must steal I think 2 bases with your character. Once you beat those two games than the 4th season will start and the achievement will be unlocked.

just a note you only have to win the 2nd game for the achievement but to carry on you have to win them both

The first time I played them all I had to do was win, the second time was two stolen bases. Nice guide though, +1 from me :)

Don't worry if you don't get this when you first leave Japan, you'll return during Season 4.
