This achievement is called Mexico Complete. To get this you must play through your first 3 seasons (no newcomers you don't get this after going to the bigs after your injury) of your Become a Legand mode. After that then your team will be invited to Mexico where you must play I think one game (maybe two im not sure) against thier star pitcher who will hit alot of your players with the ball so watch out. When you win the game you will get thw achhievement than you will unlock the achievement, Mexico teams for Play Now! and then be invited to play in Japan with the All-Star Team.
