Once you enter the Hall of Fame in Become a Legand mode, you must beat Ryne Sandburg in the speed mini-game. Then you will get the achievement.

Ryne Sandberg: You must face him in a running/obstacle course challenge across the rooftops of Wrigley field and eventually to home plate. Just make sure to keep even with him throughout the race because on the last leg of the race is the easiest part to catch and beat him when you have to hit a series of buttons.
