1 - The first fight at the factory can not be missed - with a robot with an axe in his head.
2 - After defeating him, 2 robots will appear next to him later, just don't talk to them.
3 - Robots in an all-terrain vehicle - you need to tell them that you are going in search of a robot and mention Thor.

I was able to avoid the 2nd fight by saying "just passing through."
