This is in Book 5

If you're having trouble finding the pantry:
(In the year 2000)

1) Leave from the Secret Room in the Kitchen (where you just picked up a letter).

2) Go through the room with the Clock and through the Door to the Hallway.

3) Then walk around and enter through the Storage Door.

Move the bookshelf, and then grab the letter off the desk.

You need to go to 1990 a find out that there is a secret room befoew you're able to open it in 2000, Etienne even says that when you find it in 1990 (to clearify I am playing on Xbox only)

So I'm not finding that first letter in 1995 in the Hallway before the Study, does the story have to progress to a certain point before it appears?

Or is "office on the 2nd floor" not the Study?

OK scratch that, I found the one in the kitchen and they aren't actually physical items you pick up and add to your inventory, once you read them you can't again. So I must have read the first one and assumed it was something else.
