Just go right defeat the first boss. It is easily defeated by avoiding the fireball attack by standing under him and then attacking 3-4 times.
Note that I noticed an issue where achievement will not unlock if you have already unlocked an achievement in the game during the current session. The only workaround seemed to be quitting and restarting the game to try again. I played this on Xbox Series X.
