Would love to see a video of this. I guess it's the same for 1000 wins?

I've made a simple video using your guide. Hope you don't mind. I've started my idle boosting this evening so hopefully after a few days i'll have my achievements.

Idle boosting is the best and this solution kicks ass! I cant even get the other solution to work after fucking around forever. And I would end up wasting a day or two of my time anyway. I am running your method right now and am about half done. 2 thumbs up.

A positive vote for sure. But for me it was not 100% Idle boosting unless you were the one being killed. I had the fire key pressed down and it was fine, but as soon as the new game starts you have to release the fire button and re-press it again. Still WAY more easy then the other method, though much slower. This is great if you are doing something else and want to put in minimal effort to get wins and kills. But be warned that this method is VERY VERY SLOW! It will take time for sure. Thanks for finding it!

What is a specific example of an arcade stick that could be used for this solution? Could a turbo controller just be used?

So it's worth mentioning that this can't be done with your bog standard Xbox 360 controller. If you just rubberband the trigger on the main account, the game will discard that input in the lobby between matches and you have to release and depress the trigger again once the match starts.

In my experience, it is truly hands-free only if the 2nd player/console is using a wired controller. The wireless controller would shut itself off after 15 minutes, and the pause menu would pop up onscreen. The match playing at the time would finish, and the next match would start, but it would stop at the warm up screen with no countdown until the 2nd controller was turned back on. A wired controller eliminates this issue. I've had two consoles idling hands free while I was at work the past few days. I should have the last two achievements in a couple of days. Double boxing makes this kind of stuff so much easier. :D

I love you. I grinded 6500 kills before I found this solution. A little upset I did so much manually when it wasn't need. Ah well only 2k kills short now

If you want an extremely easy way to do this with just 2 people set up the match for Deathmatch Fate's Dam. If the person going for the kills stands right behind the grenade launcher spawn point and looks through the nearby door there is a corner where the other person should stand (the corner is one of the few spawn points on the map)...The grenades shot in the corner will keep killing the other player who will continuously spawn and keep dying...If you set the score limit to 20 you can easily finish a game in less than a minute which will also help towards your 1000 match wins.

Note: If done correctly you can also get your double, triple, and quadruple kill with just 2 people

Just a couple notes. Sometimes you fight to get that perfect shot and games take up to 2minutes. Then adding in a 20 second warm up screen. 15 second scoreboard screen then all your load screens

I've been boosting kills and wins with a friend for a while. We were about 25% done when his stats reset.
He had accidently chosen the wrong storage device when starting the game which we think caused it.

Something you might want to add to your solution to notify people.

Also, kills that you get during the warmup DO count towards your total. You can use that extra time to get 2-5 extra kills. These make a BIG difference. I started getting warmup kills about half way through this boost, and by the time I got the achievement I had about 700 wins, while my boosting partner who almost never got the warmup kills ended up with about 830 wins.

But whats the point if you still need the wins? As far as i know there is no faster way to get wins.

Felisin is right, shes giving tips for this achievement, not a wins achievement.

It's worth noting that they count, whether or not you want to avoid getting extra kills to stretch your wins out more is up to you. :)

doing this in system link helps with the stability. very easy to get kills. I can finish matches in as little as 45 seconds with 10 kills. thanks for a great guide

The grenade launcher was not too hard to get down. Forty five second matches but nothing beats the idling way. I just had a turbo controller and left the dummy running a wired controller to not drop and I came back after a few days to a bunch of achievements. I was able to get matches done in ten kills with the bonus of triple and quads kills. It works for the sprees and etc but everything else would just be a waste of time. 25 hours active. Vs 00 idling

So I'm not going to vote on this solution either way. The grenade launcher is stupid difficult to get consistency out of and far too much time is wasted trying to get your position and aim down to a science. I could rarely do better than 60 seconds per match which makes a single match take over 2 minutes when all the loading time, warmup, etc. is considered.

It is the fastest method, but I would rather reposition the rubberband on my controller every 5 minutes over 90 hours than keep dealing with this game's grenade launcher.

This is basically a video of PSYKOFLOW's guide. Follow his guide in how to set this up. I take no credit for the guide. This is purely idle boosting!

Is a turbopad needed? Or can you just use an elastic band? Just wondering as I don't own the game and looking in to starting it!

Thanks.

Yeah it's needed a turbo pad otherwise you need to keep pressing the trigger. Rubber banding the trigger wouldn't work. I used a hori pad.

Hey Everyone,

This is my first guide but while grinding this achievement out, I discovered what I believe is the most efficient way to grind wins and kills which can be easily done double boxing.

On your main account, Host a custom player match

Select deathmatch

Select Map
Fate's Dam

Select Advanced Settings which should be set to the following:
Time limit 5
Score limit 20
Auto Map Cycle No

Select Create Game

Have your double box click quick player match which should automatically join your main accounts game.

Ready up both accounts

When the countdown ends, use your main account to go right grabbing the machine gun and left to find the damage power up and then continue down the hall where secondary account is. Do not pick up the shotgun.

Kill it and keep moving around the corner. Take the next right and go outside to find the grenade launcher.

You should now have the damage boost and the grenade launcher paired. You will need to move a little past the grenade launcher so that your secondary account will spawn directly behind you.

Once your secondary account is spawned by clicking right trigger, you will the need to launch grenades from you main account alternating right triggers on both controllers which will should kill your secondary account in one hit each time.

Once out of grenades, use your machine gun and pistol with the same process to finish the match by repeatedly killing your secondary account.

Matches take around 40 to 60 seconds getting 12-14 kills per game. This method will also net you the double ; triple ; quadruple kill achievements.

This is where you are going to be spending the majority of your time! You are going to want to grind both kills and wins at the exact same time and in my opinion the best way to do that is using this method found by veeto. It will net you 12-13 kills and 1 win every 50-60 seconds. (Including loading times) Using this method you will get 10k kills with still around 200 wins left and some say this method found by Molveo is faster for wins so it might be a good idea to switch over once you reach 10k kills. Here is a video I made showing this boosting method working, I'm using two Playstations but it's the same thing:

This Youtuber also found a very crafty way to boost while being idle! It only requires 2 players but the catch is you both must have turbo controllers, its a very good way to break the grind up and you could leave your Playstation 3 on over night gathering kills and wins. Just take turns each night or even better if you have 2 PS3's! Here is the video if you wish to try this method:
