This achievement requires at least two players and can be done over LIVE (Player and Ranked matches both count) or by System Link / LAN (two consoles are still required). Complete the following three requirements to receive the achievement.
Note: After the requirements have been met; you can simply finish the match or have all the players not getting the achievement that match quit out and it will unlock for the remaining player. The requirements don't have to be done in one match in order to count towards the achievement.

#1 - Sniper kill with a head-shot.
Create a Deathmatch with your number of desired players and private spots on Desolation Court. There is a walkway that goes down the centre of the map from one side to the other. On one end of the walkway there is a Minigun to pick up. The Minigun is next to a crate. The sniper is on the platform closest to that crate. Pick it up, aim at the enemies' head & shoot. You can combine this with the "long" distance requirement below.

Don't aim through the sniper scope and kill your partner by getting close to the enemy. One or two shots will do.

Have the enemy stand at the opposite side of the map to you and snipe them. The enemy should be close to or at least 60 metres away.

MISSABLE!
In order to find the sniper rifle, you first have to help Gabril by destroying 5 signal jammers. Complete the requirements for the Gabril trophy first. Then, once you've helped him, check the rooms at the beginning of Checkpoint 58 (Refinery) to find the Sniper Rifle and get the trophy.
