The Cursed Crusade

Chapter 2 – Mission 6 – The Five Wells of Zara

This is a short level with a boss fight. You will be put into automatic cursed mode. Clear out all the cursed enemies near the boss but try to leave some in the area far away. You can then wail on the boss for as long as you want without progressing the fight to build up a combo. I used dual wielding + spamming the basic Y, Y, Y attack and built up a 100 combo quite easily.

You can get this in the last room of the last level in the game: there will be a guy stuck on a wheel in the middle of the room, and as long as you don't burn him enemies will spawn in endlessly. Keep tapping X to do lots of horizontal slashes with light weapons like one-handed swords and axes to hit multiple enemies at once, and the hit counter will keep rising. Once it gets to 50, the achievement will unlock.

Don't stop once you get to 50 though; keep going to raise the counter to 100 and unlock the "End of the Chain" achievement too.
