There are 11 levels to the Story Mode and two boss fights. Though to be fair both boss fights are the same exact boss the Pirate from the first level. The way to beat the boss is to wait for him to lash at you with his beard. After that he becomes dizzy allowing you to jump on his head. Three hits kills him in both fights.
The second boss fight only changes in two ways. The pirate will sometimes toss out three mini ninja enemies that are more of a pain to kill than the boss himself. Use charged sword attacks to get rid of these enemies so you can focus on the boss fight.
The other new attack the boss has is a slam attack. He first will fly into the air then drop onto the ground creating a shockwave. Hanging by the wall will allow you to easily wall jump over it.

My 2 cents; You can also slide attack the Pirate when he is dizzy. The slide attack causes the same amount of damage as jumping on a foe.

I know TA shows this achievement as only attainable offline, and every other achievement in this game as well. I'm sure it should be attainable online, though, right?
