If you take the longest route through each area then you might be able to pick this up - it will be luck based though as you need to get enough reknown.   If you struggle to get it this way then don't worry too much, I usually got to level 9 max in most runs.   There is an easier way to get it, when you have unlocked Hard Mode+ you can use one of the blessings to start with an extra 50 reknown.    This should be enough to push you over to level 10.
