The Hand of Merlin

Simply lose a character to harmful effects from the ground.  Easy way to earn this is, if a fight is going badly and there are ground effects in play (a good one is the sludge left from Redcaps) then just have a character run over them until they die.    You can then quit to the PS5 dashboard and restart the game to start at the beginning of the fight.
