This requires two of the same relic equipped - make sure it is equipped by a character and not sitting in the spare bag  area.  A relatively easy way of getting this is whenever you go into a city and buy relics just look for one you already have.  Buy it, equip it, and then you can sell it again straight away after the trophy pops.
