How to unlock the Et tu, Toadie? achievement in The Hand of Merlin - Definitive Guide

Thorntoads deal damage to those around it when hit.  Simply get an enemy down to low health, and then hit a thorntoad that is standing next to it.  It should damage the other enemy and if it dies then this trophy is yours!
