After some encounters you will hear a chime or a bell, this indicates you have increased 1 reputation in fey.   Getting 7 of these in one playthrough is required for the Fey-Touched trophy.    After collecting 20 reputation across all your playthroughs, next time you get to Gethsemane in Jerusalem, it will unlock for you.
