The Hand of Merlin

At the top of the screen when in the map mode, you can see your food icon.  Have this at 0 with the arrow beside it showing a red arrow pointing down will mean your heroes are heavily malnourished.  This affects your stats in fights.

Simply have the party wiped out while malnourished and the trophy is yours.
