Simply fill all equipped slots (3) and all spare slots (4 including the grail) with relics. Before you earn this trophy just keep all the relics in a run that you find. If you are up to 3 relics short then head into a relic shop at the next city, and buy however many relics you require - the trophy will pop and then you can sell any you don't need.
